Probationary period
In the case of new appointment in the permanent position of health service, there will be a probationary period of six months in case of female employees and one year in case of male employees. If his work is not satisfactory during the trial period, his appointment can be revoked. In this way, the appointment of the employee whose appointment has not been revoked will be deemed to be automatically approved after the trial period ends. But once the employee has paid the probationary period in the permanent post of the health service, he will not be placed in the probationary period again.
